Returns

Returns of goods can be made within 14 calendar days from the date of delivery by notifying us in writing. The customer is responsible for the return and exchange delivery/courier costs.

To return the goods, please send an application to the email address [email protected], including the order number, product code and/or name, quantity, and the reason for the return.

When returning the goods, the customer must adhere to these rules:

If a defect in the product is identified, please inform SIA Binatec Baltija by sending an email to [email protected]. The email should include: Product name, code, order number, a brief description of the defect, and a phone number.

You will receive a response to your Product Defect report within 3 business days.

Identification of product defects and compensation for damages will be carried out in accordance with the procedures established by Latvian legislative acts.

The customer must inform SIA Binatec Baltija immediately, but no later than 3 months before the expiration of the product’s shelf life.

SIA Binatec Baltija will make a decision on confirming or rejecting the customer’s claim within 30 days from the moment the customer has informed SIA Binatec Baltija of the product’s defect and has received the defective product from the customer.

The customer will be informed of the decision on the claim within 30 days from the moment the customer has informed SIA Binatec Baltija of the product’s defect and has received the defective product from the customer.

SIA Binatec Baltija is not responsible for product damage or defects to any third party that has purchased products from SIA Binatec Baltija’s customer.

Returns: CONCLUDING TERMS

Binatec.eu reserves the right to suspend, amend, or supplement these Terms and any other documents related to these Terms. Amendments or corrections to the Terms take effect on the day they are posted in the online store system.

If the customer does not agree with the amendments or corrections to our Terms, they have the right to reject them, provided that the customer forfeits the right to use the online store’s services.

If the customer continues to use the online store’s services after the Terms have been amended, it is considered that the customer agrees to the amended Terms, partial changes, or additions.

These terms are drawn up in accordance with Latvian legal regulations.

Any uncertainties arising from these Terms can be resolved through negotiations. If an agreement cannot be reached, conflicts are resolved in accordance with the procedures established in the Latvian Civil Procedure Law.
